Week in Review: September 19th - 23rd

Jarrad Nickolite - Facility Service Manager:
Everything is going real good here in the west metro! It has been a very busy week with a lot of administration work along with everyday business.

We have a few small projects going on right know that will be finished up by the end of the week. It seems like several of our clients have big events and important meetings scheduled for the middle part of next week. This means City Wide to the rescue! Our job is to ensure that everything looks spick and span with no worries to the customer. With the appearance and cleanliness of their facility off of their mind, they can focus on the big picture of having a successful meeting/event!

The first part of next month looks really busy for me and I'm looking forward to it. I have 3 new starts which is exciting and can't wait to meet with our new clients. Since starting in May, this will really be my first time staring a new account from the very beginning.... Should be exciting!

With the season changing, things will continue to stay really busy. Between plowing and pushing snow, keeping entry ways clear of salt and sand, and normal everyday scope of work things, it should be interesting and I’m looking forward to the challenge.

Last week Greg and I golfed in one of our customers golf tournament which was a lot of fun! We met some really cool people and finished the round at 3 under. I just about forgot to mention, that I actually fell into the "Swamp Thing" called the creek looking for my golf ball. A bit funny and entertaining at my expense, but we were able to finish the round. It may have affected my putting...at least that's what I'm going to say ;-)

This weekend is the end of cabin season and my fishing days are few and far between. Lana and I will be pulling the boat back home to be put in storage. I might even shed a few tears on the way home.
