Week in Review: June 16th - 22nd

Jarrad Nickolite: Facility Service Manager

Finally… Summer is here! So far this month, I've been busy working, fishing and enjoying the cabin.

There have been a lot of exciting things going on here in the west metro this week.

I am working on rolling out a maintenance schedule for a few of my customers. This is a yearly schedule for monthly, quarterly and yearly items such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning and hard surface floor work.  I like this a lot because it’s simple, tangible, and breaks out the yearly budget.  At all times my customers will  know what services are being done in what month and what the monthly cost is. The maintenance schedule can be customized to tailor any of my customers facility needs. For any of my customers that may be interested in this service, let me know when I’m in for my normal visits and we can discuss!

I would like to welcome Steve McCombs to the City Wide team. Steve is our new Night Manager for my territory in the west metro and I am looking forward to getting him introduced into my facilities. He has been working hard on the night manager training and is doing well so far. Becoming a Night Manager and going through the training can be very challenging task. I am excited to work closely with Steve over the next 3-6 months so his transition seems seamless.

I also would like to welcome Kirsten Engels to the team. She is our newest Facility Service Manager in the south metro and has done a phenomenal job in her new position so far. A few of you may have already met her as she has transitioned into a few of my facilities and will be overseeing them moving forward. You will be in good hands with her (like the Allstate commercials J)

Other than that, the fishing circuit has been fun and we are catching a lot of fish, just not the right ones. The last two tournaments that Greg and I have fished have been average and we've finished in the middle of the field. We have two more to go plus the championship so there is still time to turn the season around!
