Week In Review: Feb 15th - 19th

Joel Willert: Facility Services Manager

Hello from the Central Metro

Over the past few weeks, I have had the opportunity to get some duct cleaning scheduled up for a facility that is continuously dusty.  As the furnaces have been running for months on end now, the ducts are filling up with contaminants.  Not only does duct cleaning keep your facility cleaner and provide better indoor air quality, but it also saves energy which in turn is saving you money.
Things are picking up, as the weather is warming and thoughts of spring are right around the corner.  Make sure to contact your FSM to get your carpets cleaned, floors waxed, and windows washed or any other services you need taken care of around your facility.
Away from work, I have been able to spend a little bit of time on the ice and even more time on the open water of the upper Mississippi River.  Jarrad and I spent a couple days a few weekends ago, targeting some nice smallmouth bass.
I hope everyone has enjoyed the nice mid-February weather we've had this past week and will also enjoy the beautiful weather coming this weekend.  You know you’re from Minnesota when 30 degrees starts feeling really warm!
