Welcome, baby Sasha!

Noah Her: Facility Services Manager

My wife and I welcomed a baby girl into the world on January 10, 2018. Sasha Paaj Yeeb Her was 6 pounds, 8 ounces and measured at 20 inches long. She has a full head of thick, black hair.

Sasha enjoys being smothered with kisses and hugs from her big sister Nina (3) and big brother Sean (2). Mommy thinks she is a splitting image of her big sis. Others think she is her brother’s doppelgänger.

Sasha is adjusting well to life outside the womb and is a deep sleeper just like her daddy.

At one time, a few years ago, my wife and I struggled to start our family. Now we are blessed with three healthy and beautiful children. I joke to my wife that I’m going to buy her a minivan! She refuses. My growing family drives me to work even harder each day, as a Facilities Services Manager, so I can set a good example for my children and provide for them.

Ice Fishing

Jarrad Nickolite: Facility Services Manager

Hello from the Southwest Metro:

I hope everyone enjoyed time with family and friends for the new year!

2017 was a good year for Team City Wide and I’m looking forward to the opportunities in 2018!

Most people know that I’m originally from Nebraska.  I moved to Minnesota 8 years ago and became a huge fan of open water bass fishing and NOT much of a fan of “hard water” (ice fishing).

Back in September, a couple of my old high school friends from Nebraska asked me to put together an ice fishing trip to The Lake of the Woods.  My response was "are you serious….."  Honestly, I didn’t think they could hang.  They’re fair weather fisherman that don’t get out much, plus the last time they came up 2 years ago, we got skunked on Red Lake.  Either way, the idea seemed fun.  I was able to recruit Greg Mansfield, the owner of our company, to come along.  He has some pretty good experience with ice fishing and I knew he would help me get these guys set up to catch fish.

We ended up booking a cabin and day house at Arnesen’s Rocky Point Resort.  The folks there were great and really took care of us.  The guides listened to our needs and were open minded when Greg and I asked for things.

Day 1 was a bit slow.  The one week we decide to book our trip, was the first real cold front of the year.  I believe the temperature was -25 degrees. The four of us combined only had about 15 bites and kept 9 fish for dinner.

Day 2, on the other hand, was awesome!  That morning we asked our guide, Carl, if we could get into a bigger day house and if we could be out in deeper water, that 32 ft range.  Carl told us he had the perfect house in mind and off we went. The minute we dropped our lines, it was on!  We caught a lot of fish that day - both sauger and walleye, plus a bonus Ell Pout caught by Dustin, which he has never seen or heard of.  That was a pretty funny site, watching that fish come through the ice hole.  We ate like kings on night 2. Plus, Dustin and Ryan were able to take home some fish for the freezer.

Happy New Year everyone!

Welcome, Brittney Jackson!

Tyler Olson: Senior Sales Executive

We are very excited to welcome Brittney Jackson to our sales team!  She has not been with us long, but we can already tell that she will be a great fit!
Brittney is originally from Vernon Hills, IL and spent her high school years here in MN.  Her previous job experiences have been as a Sales Manager for a residential real estate company and a Branch Manager for a staffing company prior to that.  She has a husband, Brad, and a baby boy, Brian.
We have enjoyed getting to know Brittney through the interview process and over her first few weeks with us.  She has spent much of her time with the team, learning the unique things about City Wide and our industry.  She has also been very hands-on in getting out into the field to actively connect with her territory and help us to grow going into 2018. I’m looking forward to getting to know Brittney and her family more, as she continues to grow with our team!

Welcome, Brittney!
