Sales Team Golf Outing

Josh Holdahl: Sales Associate

A couple weeks back Tyler, Michelle, Adam and myself were lucky enough to clear our calendars and enjoy an afternoon at Inverwood Golf Course, in Inver Grove Heights.  We couldn’t have asked for a better day, no clouds in the sky and the temperature made it seem like we were getting a workout even though we were just riding around in carts.  Although it was very challenging, the course was great. It had some of the most unique holes I’ve played on a golf course and I would love to play this course again.

When Tyler wasn’t hitting his own ball, he was serving as the groups' caddy. If he hadn’t steered me in the right direction on majority of the holes, I probably wouldn’t have had enough golf balls to finish.  Tyler had his driver cooking, he was probably the most consistent and put together a pretty solid round.  He, by far, had the best golf attire of the group and confirmed “Look good, play good.”
This was Michelle’s first time on a golf course and it wasn’t hard to tell how much fun she was having.  After a couple close calls of accidentally almost hitting our boss with golf balls early in the round, she made a few minor tweaks in her swing and was demolishing the ball towards the end of the round.  I think Michelle even bought a few items off amazon while were in the cart together, that was something I’ve never seen on the golf course.  It was awesome!

Adam has earned himself quite the reputation around the City Wide office for his golf game.  After a rough start at the beginning of the round, Adam chipped in on a par 3 that lead to a roar from the gallery.  That momentum lead him to have a very strong back nine holes.  I was very impressed with his wedge game, he had a lot of great shots.

At the end of the day Adam defended his title as top golfer in the City Wide office.  It was a great day, with a great group of people.  Can’t wait for the next outing!
